Entag LLC ("Entag," "we," "us") operates www.entag.org. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Subcontractor and supplier interest form: company name, trade, contact name, email, phone number, service area, and any notes you include.
- Emails you send us: including resumes, cover letters, project inquiries, and bid invitations sent to office@entag.org.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This data is used only to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics tools that track you across websites. Because we do not track visitors, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals; there is no tracking for them to turn off. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your inquiry or application.
- Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers for current and future projects, including sending prequalification materials.
- Consider candidates for employment.
- Operate, maintain, and protect the website.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run the site and receive form submissions (such as our hosting and form-delivery providers), solely to perform those services.

How long we keep it
We keep job applications and resumes for at least one year, as federal recordkeeping rules require, and generally no longer than two years. We keep subcontractor and supplier information for as long as your company remains on our vendor list; you can ask us to remove it at any time. We keep other inquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain normal business records, unless the law requires longer.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or bank details through the site or by email.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing office@entag.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Links to other websites
This site may link to other websites, such as project owners or industry organizations. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Children
This site is intended for business and employment purposes and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
